Participants should arrive approximately 10 minutes before the start of the class.
-
The regular training year begins with the start of the school year and ends with the end of the school year, in accordance with the dates applicable within the Polish education system.
-
Regular classes are not held on statutory days off work or public holidays. The monthly fee is not reduced on this account.

-
The Academy may appoint a substitute instructor.
-
If a group is closed or classes are cancelled due to an insufficient number of participants for reasons attributable to the Academy, and no replacement class is scheduled, the fee for the cancelled class shall be settled accordingly.

-
Behaviour that may create a risk to other participants is prohibited.
-
Participants should inform the instructor if they feel unwell, experience pain or suffer an injury.
-
In the event of a threat to health or life, the Academy may contact the parent/legal guardian or emergency services.
§5. Clothing
-
Participants should wear comfortable sports clothing appropriate for the type of class.
-
Before the class, items that may cause injury, in particular jewellery, must be removed.
-
Long hair should be tied back.
-
The instructor may specify additional requirements concerning clothing or footwear.
§6. Health Condition
-
The parent/legal guardian is required to provide the Academy with information necessary for the child’s safe participation in the classes.
-
A participant should not take part in classes if their health condition prevents them from safely performing the exercises.
-
The instructor may restrict, modify or discontinue an exercise if there are health contraindications or a safety risk.
-
In case of doubt, the parent/legal guardian should consult an appropriate medical professional regarding the participant’s ability to take part in the classes.
§7. Absence and Make-Up Classes
-
In the event of an absence, the parent/legal guardian should inform the Academy as early as possible. In the event of a child’s illness, notification should, where possible, be provided no later than one day before the training session.
-
An absence does not result in a reduction or refund of the monthly fee.
-
A participant may make up one absence for health reasons, provided that the illness was reported in advance.
-
A make-up class takes place in another group, subject to availability and upon agreement with the Academy.
-
A make-up class does not guarantee a specific date or give the right to a reduction of the monthly fee.
§8. Individual Classes
-
Individual classes require prior booking.
-
The date and time are agreed between the participant/parent and the Academy.
-
The rules concerning cancellation of individual classes are provided before the booking is made.
-
If a participant fails to attend without prior cancellation, the Academy may apply the payment rules presented before the booking, subject to applicable law.
§9. Cancellation of Classes by the Academy
-
The Academy may cancel classes for reasons beyond its control, in particular due to the unavailability of the facility, equipment failure, instructor illness, unforeseen circumstances or other circumstances preventing the classes from being conducted safely.
-
In the event of cancellation, the Academy may schedule a replacement class or apply an appropriate settlement in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.
-
The provisions of this section do not affect the rules concerning cancellation of classes due to an insufficient number of participants.
§10. Payments
-
Regular classes are subject to payment. The monthly fee for the 2026/2027 training year is specified in the participation agreement.
-
The monthly fee shall be paid in advance, no later than the 5th day of each month.

-
Consent to the publication of an image is independent of consent to participate in classes.
-
Refusal to consent to the publication of an image may not, by itself, constitute grounds for refusing the child’s participation in classes.
