About

Flexibility and mobility of the hip girdle is an essential foundation for learning and perfecting acrobatic elements that require a large range of movement in the joint and maximum amplitude. These elements include: handstands, side and front flips, swing somersaults, forward and backward transitions, kick somersaults. Based on the exercises given, training daily according to the plan, you will do all 3 splits. Determination in pursuing a goal, systematicity and strong will are required. In order for the exercises to fulfill their role, they must be performed correctly and for as long as described.
